Therapy | Grief & Loss
Navigating life after loss
Grief isn't something to "get over"; it's something you learn to carry. We provide a space to honor deep loss and find a way forward.

There is no timeline
Our culture often rushes grief, expecting you to "move on" after a few weeks. But loss changes the landscape of your life. It can bring waves of sadness, anger, confusion, and even relief—sometimes all at once.
Whether you are grieving a death, a divorce, a job loss, or a life transition, your pain deserves to be witnessed without judgment.
How we work with grief
We don't offer platitudes. We offer presence. We help you process the complex emotions of loss and rebuild a sense of meaning.
The Process
We move between "Loss-Oriented" work (feeling the pain) and "Restoration-Oriented" work (attending to life changes), finding a rhythm that works for you.
- Witnessing: Sharing your story in a safe space
- Meaning Making: Finding ways to honor what was lost
- Identity Work: figuring out "who am I now?"
- Continuing Bonds: Maintaining a connection to the deceased in a healthy way
Who this is for
This is helpful if you are:
- Mourning the death of a loved one
- Processing a major life change (divorce, move, illness)
- Feeling stuck in your grief or unable to function
- Experiencing "disenfranchised grief" (loss not recognized by others)
