The practice keeps fees and expectations transparent. Current rates are reviewed before ongoing services are scheduled, and Good Faith Estimates are available upon request.

Therapy services

  • Format Individual, couple, and family telehealth sessions
  • Payment model Private pay with fees shared before booking
  • Insurance Out-of-network documentation can be discussed when appropriate
  • Estimate Good Faith Estimates available for self-pay clients

Clinical supervision

  • Format Remote individual or group supervision for Washington clinicians
  • Payment model Rates reviewed during the consultation and confirmed before onboarding
  • Documentation Hour tracking and supervision follow-up are included in the service plan
  • Fit process A consult call is required before supervision begins

Policies to review before scheduling

  • Fees, payment timing, and late-cancellation expectations are reviewed before recurring sessions are confirmed.
  • Telehealth services require a private space and that the client or supervisee be located in Washington State at the time of service.
  • If a different level of care or a different specialty is needed, referral recommendations are provided whenever possible.
  • Administrative requests outside of standard sessions may require separate scheduling or fee approval depending on scope.
