Finding the light again
Depression is not laziness or weakness; it is a heavy fog that makes everything harder. We help you navigate the darkness and build a ladder back to yourself.

More than just sadness
Depression can look like sadness, but often it feels like numbness, irritability, or exhaustion. You might be "functioning" on the outside—going to work, taking care of kids—while feeling empty or hopeless on the inside.
Whether you are dealing with a major depressive episode, persistent low mood (dysthymia), or the highs and lows of Bipolar Disorder, you don't have to white-knuckle it alone.
How we work with mood
We use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and systems work. This means we tackle the thoughts, the behaviors, and the environment.
Behavioral Activation
- Thought Records: Catching the "inner critic" and cognitive distortions
- Routines: Stabilizing sleep, eating, and movement patterns
- Values: Reconnecting with what brings you meaning, even in small ways
- Bipolar Support: Tracking mood cycles and identifying triggers for mania/depression
Who this is for
This is helpful if you are:
- Feeling disconnected, numb, or constantly tired
- Struggling with "High Functioning" depression
- Navigating a Bipolar Diagnosis
- Having thoughts that life isn't worth living (Please call 988 if in crisis)
You are not alone in this
Depression lies. It says things will never change. Let's prove it wrong.
